The teenaged son of a family of bridge-builders is in a bad way. His parents never stay in one place long enough for him to get to know any girls. In this comedy, however, that is not for want of trying. The boy is supported by his mother, who is no happier about the constant moving than he is. Family Trajkovic builds bridges. Grandpa did it, father did it, son does it, and it is expected that grandson will do it as well. For him, however, bridges are a curse, because family is constantly moving from place to place, which bothers his love life, already lead by his friends. During one attempt of his family to settle down, the young man experiences, for the first time, complete love which helps him to grow up and make his decision when the following bridge appears before the Trajkovic family.
