The workers in a factory dream of forming a band, but instead of a musical instruments, the director orders the purchase of a motor-car. At the same time the president of the cooperative farm orders instruments for the village band with the intention of firing the cooperative farmers with enthusiasm for better work. The orders are filled but the consignment been misdirected: the musical instruments are delivered at the factory and the car - at the cooperative farm. After a series of hilarious situations the director of the factory and the president of the cooperative farm realize that in fact everyone has received what they really needed.
