With bodies piling up, and crime going through the roof, the city is falling apart. Chief Coffeestache and his police force are held helpless to Somalian drug lord, Dy-lan Badi and his group of thugs. When things start to get out of control, Coffeestache has one option, going against the Commissioner and calling in the suspended rogue cop, Lawson.
