'An American in Puerto Rico' is a romantic comedy about an American man who loses his Puerto Rican girlfriend because of his intolerance toward the Puerto Rican culture. In order to get her back, he has to deal with a Parranda, which is a custom where people eat, drink, sing, and party all night long.
