On Katch's last night in town, he finds his juvenile delinquent sister, Bethany, partying away at, Club Foot, a hot Houston nightclub. After her brother foolishly leaves her with his pothead buddy, Eddie, she manages to drug him, steal his car and ultimately lead her brother, his date, Carrie, and their rock star buddy, Tracey, on one helluva wild goose chase.
